My husband & I wanted to write & let you know about the splendid service we received from your two delivery men, John & Matt.
On Friday afternoon they delivered back to us our television which had been repaired in your workshop. After making sure it was working perfectly, we asked them to look at our freesat box, with which we were having problems. They took a lot of time & trouble but eventually concluded we had the wrong sort of box!
They told us we could buy the correct box from Barretts showroom. Most if not all delivery men would have then gone home, it was now 17:00, but we expressed an interest in buying the box.
They said they would return to the shop & collect a box for us so that they could return & install it the same evening. This they duly did.We are enormously impressed with their dedication to their customers satisfaction & we feel that John & Matt deserve high praise for their exemplary service.

Dear Sirs
On the 18th of January, I purchased a 32 inch Panasonic Television from Barretts. I was helped by Vikki and would like to say that I was not under any pressure to buy.
When I installed the set at home, I found difficulty in getting certain stations on the freeview system.
Your technician Neil came to see me and he diagnosed that the booster in the loft could be at fault. I then purchased an antiference aerial amplifier from you and I now have a perfect picture on all stations.
I would like to thank both Vikki and Neil for their advice and expertise. I will not hesitate to relate my experience to all my friends.

Re: Barretts Digital World.
I have bought many electrical items from Barretts over the years and indeed all three television sets I currently have were purchased from you. I have always found your sales staff to be helpful and the showroom a pleasure to shop in.
However I must really compliment you on the quality and efficiency of your service department. They really are first class.
I have had a series of problems with two SKY HD boxes, both unfortunately bought from you, and the faults havent been easy to diagnose. Both boxes are currently being repaired under guarantee (one for the second time!)
The helpfulness of your service department in trying to sort out the various problems has been first class. They have even loaned me an HD box to replace the faulty ones.
Your excellent after-sales service means I will always choose Barretts over Currys, Comet and the like.

Dear Mr Barrett,
I am writing to highly commend your employee Mr. Neil Brooks.
He visited us last year to wire up a DVD recorder bought from your store, as it had not initially been wired to our best advantage.
This January we bought a Television that needed a bit of attention in the wiring circuit. Once again Mr Brooks did an excellent job and was also extremely patient in explaining all the bells, knobs and whistles to a couple of OAPs! As an electronics engineer he certainly knows his job well and is polite and charming into the bargain. In short he is an asset to your staff.
Not only does your store sell equipment but the After Sales Service is superb. We will certainly recommend your establishment to friends.
