Barretts Digital World is part of the family owned company Barretts of Canterbury Ltd. We have been trading in East Kent, but most noticeably in Canterbury, since 1902. So you are trading with a proven and reliable independent family business. For more see .... About us
Who delivers my product to me? Back to top
If you live in the following postcodes - CT, TN or ME your purchase will be delivered by ourselves. However if you live outside of these postcodes your purchase will be delivered by a national Courier.
How long will my delivery take? Back to top
We normally expect to deliver within 3 working days when a product is in stock. You will receive an email from us when your order has been received advising you when your purchase will be despatched.
Do you install appliances? Back to top
We only offer installation with deliveries in our local area postcodes CT, TN & ME. We do not offer Gas installations, or installations requiring hard wiring of electrical products, which includes Built-in kitchens. Please see our charges under Service & Delivery.
Are you open on Sundays? Back to top
Yes we are, our store opens 11.00am to 4.00pm. We do not open Easter Sunday or Christmas Day & Boxing day. Our service centre opens Monday to Friday.
Do you rent products? Back to top
Yes we do, we offer a comprehensive list of products including washing machines, please see our TV Rental page which has a link to a downloadable price list.
