Domestic & General Retailer of the Year - Most Recommended Retailer - 2011
Clear winner in the Most Recommended Retailer of the Year 2011 category was Barretts Digital World in Canterbury. On the survey questionnaire customers were asked to rate, on a scale of 0-10, how likely they were to recommend the shop or website to their friends and family. The long-established Canterbury store returned the highest average score ever seen in the survey amidst stiff competition from over 1000 other electrical retailers across the length and breadth of the country.
ERT Industry Awards- Consumer Electronics Showroom of the year - 2011
The ERT Awards 2011 took place in London on the November 7th 2011, with retailers and manufacturers from all over the UK coming together to celebrate excellence and outstanding achievements in the electrical retailing sector. View the website here.
In 2010 Barrretts Digital World is proud to have won two prestigious Industry Awards to recognise the professional hard work by the company and their staff.
In June we were awarded the ‘Best Large Independent Retailer in Consumer Electronics Award’ at the Independent Business Awards in Birmingham organised by the Independent Electrical Retailer Magazine. According to IER the Award, sponsored by Samsung, recognises the Electrical Independent’s professional skill and service excellence and their special place in the electrical market with their high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
In October we were proud to receive the ‘Best Independent Store Award’, sponsored by Sony, at the 2010 ERT Industry Awards. The awards which were held in London are aimed at raising standards amongst retailers and rewarding their efforts. View the website here.
